After starting to use this cleansing milk plus Andalou's omega face oil, my breakouts have almost completely disappeared and I only use the antibiotic for the rare spot treatment. I have found it to be effective in removing makeup (even non-waterproof mascara!) but I don't use liquid foundation so I can't comment on that. It also smells soooo good!
